    Biographie

    Lenny Henry est l'un des comédiens les plus appréciés de Grande-Bretagne, ainsi qu'un écrivain philanthrope et acteur primé.

    Sir Lenny joue dans The Comedy of Errors au National, Fences au Duchess Theatre, The Resistible Rise of Arturo Ui au Donmar et, plus tard, dans King Hedley II d'August Wilson au Theatre Royal Stratford East en 2019. Sir Lenny participe à des fictions de télévision comme Broadchurch, The Syndicate, The Long Song ainsi que dans sa biographie Danny and The Human Zoo.

    La société de production de Sir Lenny, Douglas Road, connaît le succès en s'associant avec Burning Bright sur le documentaire acclamé The Commonwealth Kid. Sir Lenny est co-fondateur de Comic Relief et écrivain des mémoires Who Am I Again ? parues en octobre 2019. Il est également administrateur du National Theatre depuis février 2016.
